Start with the need.
People can explain what is happening in their own words, search by location and connect by app, chat or—once launched—phone.
Built by Sebenza · working prototype
Moblink is being built as a national service directory and connection platform for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, participating service providers and the decision makers responsible for stronger service systems.
The operating model
Moblink is designed to make the path into support easier while giving providers and government better, governed information about demand and outcomes.
People can explain what is happening in their own words, search by location and connect by app, chat or—once launched—phone.
Participating organisations can list services, receive matched leads, see relevant context and continue the conversation in one workspace.
Governed, de-identified reporting is designed to show what people are seeking, where gaps appear and how referral pathways perform.
How a connection works
A community member shares the issue, location and preferred way to be contacted.
Moblink identifies relevant local or national services, including Aboriginal-led options where available.
Contact details or a direct chat are shared only through the agreed connection pathway.
De-identified activity can inform service improvement and future planning once governance controls are in place.
Inside the provider workspace
Moblink's supplier dashboard includes a funding workspace designed for Aboriginal community organisations. A bounded funding agent can help teams search approved sources, identify missing evidence and prepare practical work for review.
When the question needs deeper judgment, a Sebenza advisor can join the workspace to provide tailored funding, finance, readiness and application support.
Reporting and system intelligence
Moblink is designed to produce governed, de-identified reporting on service needs, locations, referral progress and gaps. That information can help providers improve delivery and help government understand where support is being sought.
Production reporting requires consent, privacy, security, cultural governance, provider controls and human approval before any external release.
