Services

Practical support across strategy, governance, funding, digital capability and community listening.

Every engagement starts with a conversation about what your organisation actually needs — not a fixed package. Most of our work falls into one of the five areas below.

01

Strategy & organisational growth

Strategic planning, government engagement and orchestration, and advice as your organisation takes on new entities, assets, staff and larger management structures. Built for organisations that are growing and need a steady hand on the bigger picture.

02

Governance & compliance

Board reporting frameworks, governance training and independent Board evaluation, and written financial and operational procedures — so your governance meets ORIC, ACNC, Aboriginal Affairs NSW, LDM and funder expectations, and you can prove it.

03

Funding & reporting

Program and funding proposal development, and external reporting packs covering quarterly reports, annual reports, acquittals and audits — built once and reused, rather than rebuilt from scratch every time.

04

Digital capability

A simple, reliable digital office — email, shared drives, documents and reporting tools — set up and taught in plain language, with training materials your organisation can reuse for every new starter.

05

Community listening & evidence systems

Design and build of community listening programs — a consistent "have your say" survey run across phone, in-person and online channels, consent-first contact frameworks, community-controlled data governance, and the reporting pipeline that turns what community says into credible, evidence-based recommendations to government.

Community listening & evidence, done properly

Our newest area of work: helping Aboriginal organisations become trusted evidence intermediaries — listening to community at scale, protecting what people share, and carrying it to government as recommendations that can't be dismissed. The model runs on a simple public cycle: you said, we listened, we recommended, and here's what happened next.

Consent & lawful contact first

We design outreach so consent comes before contact — separate, unticked choices per channel, easy opt-outs that are always honoured, and contact frameworks built around Australian requirements including the Spam Act, the Do Not Call Register and OAIC privacy guidance. Holding someone's number is never treated as permission to use it.

Community-controlled data

Data governance built on Indigenous Data Sovereignty principles: an Aboriginal-led governance group with real authority over survey design, consent language, analysis, publication thresholds and any data sharing — with the power to pause collection or reject a request. Community validates findings before anything is published or sent to government.

One dataset, three reports

From each reporting period we build three communications: a community newsletter that reports back what was heard and what changed; a strengths-based, methodologically honest recommendations report for government and funders; and an internal participation and quality report for the delivery team — all generated from the same governed data, never from guesswork.

Where technology assists — including AI-supported calls, messages or drafting — it always identifies itself as automated, always offers a human alternative, and never invents findings, numbers or quotes. Automation only ever operates on records with verified, channel-specific consent, and launches only after privacy, legal and Aboriginal-led governance review.

On-site capability building

Alongside these four areas, we offer hands-on, on-site training — working with your staff on real budgets, real reports and real funding applications, so capability stays in your organisation once the engagement ends.

For staff and Board Members

Practical training in financial management, bookkeeping, reporting, governance and funding applications, delivered around your team's real workload.

For growing organisations

Ongoing administration support — remote or on site — for organisations adopting new systems, until your team can run them with confidence on its own.

How an engagement typically runs

We start with a conversation, not a proposal — understanding the real problem before recommending anything.

We build systems and train your people to run them, rather than creating ongoing dependence on outside support.

We'd rather be asked for more help than offer more than is wanted.
